The United States Senate Federal Credit Union (USSFCU) has made an appearance again outside our Bowman Branch at Braddock Station with another "Joe on the Go" event, greeting early morning commuters with coffee, donuts, and fruit. Along with the free breakfast options, those who stopped by also snagged fun giveaway items perfect for their summertime commutes and information about the credit union. From simply the convenience of our Bowman Branch location for our community neighbors to benefits of the non-profit, member focused credit union mission, attendees were thrilled to learn more about USSFCU.
The second event of a new ongoing series, our wonderful team of volunteers blew the previous success out of the water by engaging with nearly 90 individuals and we heard positive feedback such as "I love that the credit union does these community events for us!" and "Wow, I need to share this! Can you give me more information to share with my office?"
