As your community members, we were privileged to attend Career Day at Martin Luther King Jr Middle School in Beltsville, MD to connect and share with students the many and various roles the credit union industry has to offer as these bright minds begin to consider what careers they may like to pursue in the future. Students learned that from member-facing frontline positions in member services and lending, to marketing and HR, to the behind-the-scenes work in IT, compliance, accounting, and more there are a multitude of entry points, pathways, and options in this ever-growing and dynamic industry.
