And so, the 2026 Credit Union Cherry Blossom Run weekend has concluded. While the morning started off a tad chilly, it quickly warmed up to match the energy and enthusiasm of the United States Senate Federal Credit Union (USSFCU) team at the Red Corral.
This year's race was not only the runner's rite of spring, marking a runner's true beginning of the spring season, but also the USA Track & Field 10 Miler Championship for the fourth year in a row. Notable finishers include Emma Grace Hurley, who placed first in the women's division and claimed her first national title.
After leading the Red Corral racers to start line, the USSFCU team lined up after the finish line raceway and cheered runners on as they completed their 10 mile race. Thank you to all of our volunteers who came out on an early morning to support this event.
